You will want to print FlexD a lot slower than stiffer filaments, you should start with a print speed of 15mm/s, you may be able to increase this value to around 25mm/s if you are printing hot enough.
You will also want to have the retraction turned off, once you start having good extrusion results you may be able to introduce a small amount of retraction to clean up the surface quality but do so with caution, and only use minimal amounts.
